Exmouth beach start

Some of the 23 Bassets by the RNLI station: the rest of the pack were more interested in foraging in the seaweed. It was a pleasant day with the sun not making an appearance till late. Unusually The Pack was a bit lost amongst the many other breeds let loose on the beach for October dogs are allowed anywhere.

We just got round Baggy Point before the rather high low tide swept in, necessitating a return along the cliffs after liquid refreshment was enjoyed at the half-way caff.

Martha a 12 week old puppy was admired at the start: we look forward to seeing her in a year's time for the full walk.

Walk leader Gay (+ Peter) to whom much thanks.
