Mabel and Cassie

I'm delighted to introduce Mike & Jacquie's new couple, Mabel and Cassie, who
will be making their first walk with The Pack here at Exmouth today.
They've had a run of lovely hounds, notably Epic, who sadly died last month, but
will be remembered as The One Who Disappeared - given the slightest chance -
over any hill in pursuit of any creature. Followed by a panting Mike,
sometimes at some distance.

This will be the fourth time we have hit Exmouth - which along with Burnham beach - seems to attract the most hounds. As low tide that day is 10.25 we shall start at 10.00am to get round the point.

Our Walk Leader for today is Gay. Directions to the start are:

Follow the A376 right in to Exmouth (keeping to right at traffic lights). At the roundabout by station and Marks & Spencer, go right at the 2nd exit and follow signs to seafront. Drive along the front, past the Premier Inn.

and Pavilion.

Go straight across the mini-roundabout by Ocean.

The road has been altered here, giving way to the development of a new water-sports centre.
